This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all Mycalelle hosting and website services. It exists to keep our shared platform safe and reliable for everyone.

Prohibited content & activity

• Illegal content, or content that infringes others' intellectual property rights
• Malware, phishing, spam, or fraudulent activity
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) from our servers
• Activity that places excessive load on shared resources or disrupts other customers
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems or networks

Resource usage

Shared hosting is intended for normal website use. Accounts that consistently consume disproportionate CPU, memory or storage may be asked to optimise or upgrade.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate Services that breach this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity. We will act proportionately and contact you where practical.
