The terms that apply when you use Mycalelle services.
Last updated: 16 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of web hosting, website and related services ("Services") provided by Mycalelle Ltd ("Mycalelle", "we", "us"). By ordering or using our Services you agree to these Terms.
Hosting accounts are provisioned automatically once payment is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account.
Hosting is billed in advance on an annual basis in GBP. Renewal invoices are issued ahead of the renewal date. Services may be suspended or terminated if invoices remain unpaid after the due date. One-off website build fees are payable in advance.
If you are not satisfied with new hosting, contact us within 14 days of your initial order for a refund of the hosting fee. Domain registrations, one-off website builds already started, and renewals are non-refundable.
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend Services that breach the AUP or place undue load on shared infrastructure.
We take routine backups as a courtesy, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of your website and data. We are not liable for data loss.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally be required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may cancel renewal at any time from your client area. We may terminate Services for breach of these Terms or the AUP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
